Have you tried pork meatballs?

To a pound of ground pork, add minced ginger and garlic, soy sauce and corn starch. Roll into balls and cook. Pork has never tasted better. For this dish, you won't need any shellfish. Of course, it couldn't hurt to add some either.

Comments:
I wouldn't say no to any meatball with ginger in it.

a good appetizer for this dish would be a shellfish springroll of some sort, or a few asian dumplings with shrimp or something.
 
Shellfish...is that the other other white meat? The meatballs sound good!
